Chethalayam Waterfalls is located at Vaduvanchal which is about 12 km from Sulthan Bathery. These waterfalls usually dry up during the summer months, but are ideal trekking trails. Offering beautiful views, it lies on the main road connecting Pulpally. This waterfall is situated close to the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary which is inhabited by the spotted deer, sambhar, gaur, elephants and sloth bear, amongst others.
