Shahinshah Wali Tomb is situated on the eastern side of the town of Beed. This tomb is dedicated to a 14th century Sufi Saint Shahinshah Wali, who visited Beed during the reign of Muhammad Tughluq. His tomb and other surrounding areas were constructed over different periods, from 1385 to 1840. Every year, on the second day of Rabi' al-awwal, the third month of Islamic calendar, a fair is held near the tomb.
