Located on the Dharaskar Road in Itwari, the main idea behind the building of this temple was given by Swamiji Shri Dharacharyaji. The construction of the temple finally ended in 1968. The temple houses the idol of God Vyankatesh and is made of black stone along with decoration with gold ornaments. Besides, the temple also has three festival statues located just below the main one and are made of gold.
