Tilak Ali Museum

Tilak Ali Museum is located in Ratnagiri Town of Maharashtra. Tilak Ali Museum, the ancestral house of Lokamania Balgangadhar Tilak, is a fine example of native Konkani architecture.Lokamania Balgangadhar Tilak, a prominent freedom fighter of India, was born in Ratnagiri Town. He devoted his life to the freedom of India. Tilak Ali Museum depicts the life of Lokamania Balgangadhar Tilak and his struggle for Indian Independence through paintings and pictures. This museum is maintained by the Archeological Department of India.
