The lake is ideal for activities like boating and water-scooter rides.Masunda Talao also has a temple of Kopineshwar, which is situated on its banks. Kopineshwar temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is the oldest temple in Thane which was renovated in 1750 AD by Chimajji Appa.
