Deo Gaon, located about 24 km from Dungarpur towards the north-east, has a very old temple of Lord Shiva named Deo Somnath, located on the banks of the Som River. The temple is believed to have been built during the reign of Vikram Samwat in 12th century A.D. It is built of white stone and one can find many inscriptions on it.
