Laxmi Narayan Temple

Laxmi Narayan Temple is situated at the grounds of Moti Dungari Hill in Rajasthan. Popularly known as Birla Temple, it was constructed by B.M. Birla Foundation and is considered as the clone of a Scottish castle. This temple is decorated with flowers and lights on the festival of Janmashtami, which is celebrated as the occasion of the birth of Lord Krishna.Known for its architecture, the entire structure is built with white marble and possesses some idols and carved sculptures. This temple has three domes, which represent different religions of India. It is mainly dedicated to Lord Lakshmi Narayan, but also possess some idols of other Lords like Ganesha and many more. Apart from the idols of Gods, tourists can also see statues of Buddha and Socrates in the temple that were regarded as great philosophers.
