Ranthambhore National Park And Tiger Reserve

Ranthambhore National Park is another significant sightseeing attraction of Sawai Madhopur, situated at 11 km from the city, in the forest area. It is one of the largest and most famous national parks of northern India. This park is mainly under the task of preserving and breeding tigers to ensure a sure increase in their population. Besides tigers, this national park also houses many species of animals, birds, reptiles and flora. Its premises also include three lakes namely Padam Talab, Raj Bagh Talab and Malik Talab.
