Karodidhwaj Temple is believed to have been constructed by worshippers of the sun, who were called Hoons. This temple also has idols of various other gods, such as Sheshai Vishnu, Ganapati, Mahishasur Mardani and Kuber. It is situated in the middle of Mount Abu, which is shaped like a horse. A dam has recently been constructed near this temple.
