Diwan-i-am

Diwan-i-am, also known as the hall of public audience, was the place where the Mughal rulers held regular audience with the masses. It was built in the year 1628 by Shah Jahan, the famous Mughal emperor. This hall comprises of beautifully carved 40 pillars, which make the hall look majestic. The Nagina Masjid is located close to this hall.
