Panchganga Ghat

Panchganga Ghat is among the beautiful ghats, located at the meeting point of five holy rivers namely, the Saraswati, the Ganges, the Yamuna, the Dhupapapa and the Kirna. This ghat is also popular as Alamgir Mosque is located in its close vicinity.It is also believed that this site also served as a teaching place for Vaidant Ramanand, the Guru of great saint Kabir. Further, it is also believed that the saint poet Tulsi Das composed the famous Vinay-Patrikahere, while residing at this ghat. Surrounded by eight water front locations, many rituals and traditional ceremonies are performed at this ghat.
