Nanda Devi National Park

The Nanda Devi National Park, situated at an altitude of 7,817 m, is part of the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve. Towards the north-west lies the Valley of Flowers National Park. The park spreads over an area of 630.33 sq km and encompasses the Nanda Devi Sanctuary.Peaks like Trishul, Dunagiri, Nanda Devi, Nanda Devi East and Bethartoli encircle this park. This park can be accessed from Joshimath that serves as a base camp for the park.
