Elements of Gothic, Renaissance and Mughal architectural styles are also reflected in the building. The central hall of the building, which is adorned with mosaic tiles, is currently used as the Town Hall. Inside the central hall is a statue of Maharani Chimnabai, who was the first consort of Gaekwad Maharaja Sayaji Rao III (1875 – 1939).
