Aruvikkuzhi Falls

Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls is a famous tourist spot in Kumarakom, which is situated at a distance of 18 km from Kottayam and 2 km from the destination. This is one of the most beautiful picnic spots, which has wooded landscape and streams. It falls from a height of more than 100 feet that make irregular noise and is mainly connected with various streams. This waterfall is surrounded by large rubber plantations that provide shade to travellers. Maramala Waterfalls and an old church are also situated near the Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls. It is situated at walking distance from the main town of Kumarakom.
