Char Bhinti is a memorial located in Satara City of Maharashtra. Char Bhinti, which means 'Four Walls' in the local dialect, can be found midway to Ajinkyatara Fort. The place is dedicated to the freedom fighters who took part in the uprising of 1857 and other patriotic struggles against the British Raj. Names of famous freedom fighters like Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi and Lokmanya Tilak can be found inscribed on the memorial.
