Bhanwar Vilas Palace Travel Map

Bhanwar Vilas Palace was built in the late 1930s for the ruler of Karauli, Maharaja Ganesh Pal Deo Bhadur. The palace was meant to serve as a royal residence for the king. The interior of the palace has been designed in the colonial style with art-de-decor period furniture. The palace was constructed by Maharaja Ganesh Pal Deo Bhadur in 1938.Although the palace has now been converted into a heritage hotel, it still contains its original 80 years old furniture.
