Bhadrajun is located on Jalore-Jodhpur Road almost 54 km from Jalore. Once called Subhadra-Arjun, derived from Subhadra and her husband Arjun; the name has, over a period of time, degenerated to Bhadrajun. There is a small temple of Devi Subhadra near Bhadrajun, known as Dhumda Mata Temple. Bhadrajun is located at a distance of 93 km from Jodhpur.
