Jhalawar Fort (Garh Palace)

The Jhalawar Fort, also known as the Garh Palace is located in the centre of the town. The fort was built by Maharaj Rana Madan Singh in 1845 AD. The Zenana Khas or the Womens Palace has frescoes on both mirror and walls, which are considered finest examples of the Hadoti School of Art. Presently, Jhalawar Fort is home to the Collectorate and other offices.
