Keladevi Wildlife Sanctuary

Keladevi Wildlife Sanctuary is an extension of the Ranthambore National Park and is spread in an area of 676.40 sq. km. At the western tip of the sanctuary, tourists can see River Banas, whereas at the south-east River Chambal flows. This sanctuary is surrounded by natural beauty and is named after the Keladevi Temple. Tourists visiting the sanctuary can also see the high hills in the interiors along with the dense forests.Moreover, tourists can also catch sight of several khos such as chirmul, ghanteshwar and khadi in the sanctuary. This sanctuary is house for many animals including chinkara, wild boar and jackal. Apart from these, tiger, leopard, sloth bear, hyena, wolf and sambhar are some of the other animals seen in the sanctuary.
