Rao Madho Singh Museum

The Rao Madho Singh Museum was actually a palace that had later been turned into a museum. It has been named after Madho Singh, the first ruler of Kota. In the museum, the exhibitis are arranged in a chronological manner and the time and era has been marked. It is considered to be one of the best maintained museums in Rajasthan.The museum displays mural paintings, coins, sculptures, epigrams, manuscripts, silver utensils, figurines, royal armoury, frescoes, miniature paintings from Kota School of Painting and other artistic items that were used by the Kota rulers.
