The Gopinath Temple is very famous and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. According to an age-old story, there lived a king named Saggar in this area.. He had a cow which used to give milk to a Shiva Linga daily and when the king saw this, he constructed the temple in that spot and this is how Gopinath Temple came into existence.
